Brought my Tesla in for window tint and clear bra. I was nervous, not because I didn’t trust stereo west, but because... my car was brand new and my prized possession. Seriously, have been saving for years!!Stereo west in Elkhorn did a great job! The window tint was perfect! Not one bubble or smear. The clear bra was perfect as well. Seriously don’t think they could have done a better job.Good customer service start to finish. Reasonable prices. I recommend this business.read more

I requested a quote for a nice sub, amp, and lighting setup for my car. I decided to apply for their special financing,... because I knew I could get approved. Once they found out how much I was approved for, they maxed that number, and then some (claiming that the company would allow them to go over the allowed amount by at least a few hundred dollars). When I said I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to do the financing, they just made the first payment for me. Then, I was told that I’d have to indicate on a verification email from the financing company that I had already received the setup so that “the funds would be released”, even tho I hadn’t received or seen anything (which should’ve been the first clue that things were sketchy). After the financing went through and I saw that the price was hundreds more than I was originally quoted, I didn’t trust them and told them that I didn’t want the setup. They refused my request to cancel the order, saying that their store policy is to not refund “special orders”. So, I had to contact the financing company and explain the situation (that they were trying to screw me), and the company was able to cancel the financing. This occurrence helped me to be much more careful, and was a lesson learned. Do not take your business here, or Metro Audio for that matter. Both companies are crooks.read more
