Called and scheduled my jeep in for an oil change, printed some coupons from there website and had no problem using... them.What I liked is that I was able to walk over to Ross and Target while they worked on the Jeep.Sometimes people worry about mechanics adding extra on to it or not doing the work, to me it appeared they did all the work and the one 'extra' they suggested was some dye into the oil because of signs of leaks. which I declined, but I know the signs were there because a month or so earlier I had power steering leaking.Yes I would go again.read more

I took my car here for an oil change and THEY STOLE MONEY FROM MY CHANGE CUP! It was probably only $4.00 in quarters,... dimes, and nickels (they left the pennies, thanks guy) but really WHO DOES THAT? Do not leave valuables in your car if you must go here. Another thing I hate about this place is they try to upsell and pressure you into other services. Lastly they first stated it would take a half hour to complete my oil change. It ended up being over 1 1/2 hrs. I do not recommend this place mostly because there is a blatant thief working there.read more

I have personally worked with this particular location in the past and have had mixed reviews. Honestly I was a little... bit hesitant to go back. My most recent visit was when I had to have my vehicle towed in. My vehicle was towed in and I got a call when it arrived. Robert helped me out And kept me posted throughout fixing my vehicle. He did a good job and helped me save some money and time. I would recommend this location and do not hesitate to come back. Very professional and timely fix. Highly recommend.read more

Brought my car in at open on a Saturday morning with a major oil leak on a day I was going on a road trip. Boss man... says they’re swamped for the day but can wiggle me in for a quick look at least. The fix seemed fairly quick and they were able to repair it in a very timely manner so that I could get on the road. First time coming to Tuffys and I’m very impressed with the service.read more

Great experience! Showed up on a Saturday with not appointment with a screw in my tire. They got me in and out in... less than 1/2 hour. Had a great conversation with the new manager. His commitment to customer service and quality are very apparent. He kept me informed of the status of my service and informed me of additional services offered of which I was previously unaware. I will be a returning customer whenever I have auto service needs.read more
