Paul hospitality was spot on! No overcharging if other work needs done they call plain and simple! They are affordable... and honest and also use quality parts which is important to me as their is alot of no name brands! Sparks won't skimp on bad parts to make a buck.They have been a staple in omaha for years for a reason all of which I quoted!read more

Paid to fix headlights on July 17th. 2020.Less than 2 weeks later they're not working.Charged $270.98, bur $240.98 is... disputed for headlights that were NOT fixedTried unsuccessfully to contact John Stern, the owner to resolve this.read more

I can tell you one thing for sure that manager Paul, is so incredibly knowledgeable at boggles the mind.if I have an... automobile issue that I cannot diagnose on my own he is definitely top on my list to get a hold of and worth every penny.I would 100% assure you that the encyclopedia and Wikipedia itself gets their information on automobile repair directly from Paul.He's an amazing man and a wonderful to be around and I am 100% thankful that he is here in the Omaha area offering his skills and services.10 out of 10 highly recommendedread more

I have been a customer of Sparks for several years. Honest, straightforward, professional service. Just one example is... when I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to take a look at my brakes because I believed them to be the originals (6 years old)They told me "they look great" and that I did not need to replace them yet. I know that COULD have been an opportunity for them to make more money, but Sparks is trustworthy. I will not take my Hyundai anywhere else!read more

Both brake lights were not working. I did some research online and found that these guys have been around for awhile... and had mostly good reviews. So I called made an appointment and dropped it off. They called with a quote of $681 plus tax! Said water had gotten in and fried and melted the tail light lense assembly. I was in complete shock with the price but told them to go ahead( what do I know about this stuff?🤷🏻♀️) I pick it up the total is $758.50!! Only $120 of it was Labor!! For each assembly I was charged $280.65!! After posting on my social media, quite a few people ( mechanics included) and doing some research online, (even the fanciest assemblies don't cost anywhere near this price) I have come to the conclusion that I have been completely taken advantage of! (Probably because I'm a woman who came in alone) I would NEVER EVER recommend this sheisty business!!!read more

John and Paul worked with me to bring my 55 Mercury up to speed. A lot of effort during COVID with the backlog in... shipping and obtaining parts. They also had the challenge of high business demand as their schedule was full.Customer service was very good, for two grumpy old men (LOL), they have a great sense of humor and did their best to stay positive under a difficult situation. They do take great pride in their business, they are not perfect but they put in the extra effort to try to meet all customer demands.The actual mechanics work was excellent. Their team really did a great job on the car and this was complex work on a 65 year old vehicle. They knew where to get the parts or where the part could be rebuilt. This is a special knowledge that very few shops have.They put priority on cars that were customers sole source of transportation (which sometimes resulted in my project car having to wait) but that is the right way to do business, don't leave families stranded. I hope you find this an honest review and I would highly recommend Sparks.read more

I previously took my car to the dealership service for all my car needs boy did I regret that now for the past three... years I had several concerns about my car the engine light being on and it soon started to make a rattling sound that made me more concerned I would explain my issues and the dealership service would tell me my car was perfectly fine 🙄 finally I asked for a mechanic friend of mine for advice he referred me to Sparks I told them my issue they fixed my car!!! 😭 I can’t believe how beautiful my car sounds and engine light is finally off!!!read more

I do a lot of work on my cars myself; however, when somethings comes up that I'm not up for I take it to Sparks because... they put in good parts and do great work. They've started offering deals over text which is very convenient for me.read more
