My wife took her 2016 car in to get an oil change. After they did it they came out and told her she didnt change her... oil enough and they needed to flush out her whole engine and it was going to cost $500. She declined the service and they made her sign some BS waiver saying they aren't responsible if the car dies after she leaves. The guy even told her to go trade her car in right after she leaves because it's so damaged. It's been 6ish months since she got that oil change and her car is still running great. We just got her oil changed somewhere else and they didn't say anything about her engine.. Salesmen/mechanics are predatory and looking for gullible customers. Go somewhere else.read more

I don't trust this business anymore. I took my car as usual, this time to check the battery, alarm activation when... turning on, and oil change. They told me the I would need a new battery, supplies, and probably that will fix the alarm activation...for about $245. Then, they told me that the new battery did not fix the alarm activation and they need to run additional diagnostic for about $145 (only for the diagnostic). plus everything else. I talked to a friend who knows something about mechanic and he suggested me open and closes all the doors and trunk. So I decide to pick up my car. They gave me the car with the alarm going on ...I try what my friend suggested me and the problem was fixed. Thanks God, I did not left my car with them. Any way I paid for an expensive battery and labor to put it. The real problem was fixed for myself.read more

My front tie rods broke on my vehicle. They were very upfront and honest with me. Letting me know the cost of the... repair upfront. They didn't try to talk me into anything extra. I did feel as if I was respected and not taken advantage of because I am a woman. Thank you!read more

I came in due to tire losing air constantly over about a few days. They informed me that a screw was removed from the... tire and it was repaired. Now they could have told me that I needed a new tire, but fixed it for me saving a lot of money! In addition, I had an engine light that was on due to some air filter system bug and they were able to get it turned off. They just fixed it on their own and didn’t charge me. I didn’t say anything about it. Other places told me it would cost and it wouldn’t be cheap! Thank you for taking wonderful care of me especially when funds are limited. Repeat customer here!!!read more

Took my vehicle in for a transmission issue that ended up needed to be taken to a transmission shop. Billy was honest... and did not try to fix this issue but deferred to the specialists. He just put the pieces back together and after a few hours of labor did not charge me a dime for their work. He went above and beyond to help get me a courtesy vehicle to use for the day and set up an appointment at certified transmission for me. Always pleased with them being up front, putting the customer first, and never being pushy with repairs. Would recommend to anyone!read more

I went in this past Friday after putting air in my tire 2 days earlier. I knew there was an issue. When I went in it... was late day and they didn’t have time to look at my tire. When I came back in at 9am Saturday to a long line of cars. I prepared myself and my girls for a wait. The service advisor remembered me and said he would get my car over to the tire guy. It was so fast! Turns out my tire had a screw in it and they repaired it. I am so glad I bought my tires there last year. Past self gave future self a nice present! Thanks guys!read more
