We had a wonderful experience today at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry. My six-year-old was really nervous about going to... the dentist, but the atmosphere was extremely inviting and warm. I can't say enough nice things about the hygienist, Jessica. She was extremely kind and caring and took the time to chit chat with each of my daughters ( six and almost four) to make them feel comfortable. She explained exactly what she was going to do and showed the girls the tools beforehand. During the cleaning, she made sure to keep reassuring them and giving them positive feedback. Then Dr. Emily came in and she was also very kind and took the time to make my girls feel comfortable. She was very knowledgable and did a great job explaining things to my daughters and to me.We felt very taken care of and I will be recommending Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Emily to all of my Lincoln friends and family!read more

Great dentistry, I just took our son for his first appointment here and the experience and environment is amazing!! Everyone is so friendly, great at their job, very knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming. It’s a lodge theme to go with the moose mascot which I thought was adorable!! Will be recommending to family and friends!!read more

I like Dr. Libby and have not had any issues in the past. On the most recent visit I was disappointed at the lack of... transparency and communication by the dental assistant- Anne. She was not clear on the treatment plan and when I questioned her, she insulted me as a parent. I have never met a more rude, condescending person in a setting where making parents feel comfortable bringing their children is crucial to business. So to be clear, as a whole LIncoln Pediatric Dentistry is great. If your child has Anne as their dental assistant- RUN AND DONT LOOK BACKread more

I was referred to Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry by my doctor when my four year old needed a filling (eek!). The office... is sooo kid friendly, everyone was calm and welcoming. When my daughter got upset about xrays they were great with her. They did the filling with nitrous gas, and avoided big needles and numb mouth completely, which made the entire experience easier for everyone. I was a bit surprised to be asked to pay the balance as we were walking out, as I am used to being billed after things are sent to insurance (not a big deal, just a heads up). I was very pleased with our visit, and my daughter was thrilled with the unicorn pencil case she got to bring home as a reward.read more

Another great experience at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry. I forgot my phone at home and the staff was very... accommodating and understanding with the current precautions in place of calling from your car to check in. My son was a little hesitant to go, but immediately the hygienist reassured him that he was going to be ok. He came out with full smiles and was excited about his visit.read more

My friend/ coworker brought her daughter in this past week and was uncomfortable reaching out about her experience so I... offered to for her. I’ll start by bringing up the sheer amount of discomfort her daughter had the past 2 visits. She would cry which ,of course, Is not uncommon for younger kids at the dentist. However, the circumstances were odd and the child stated that the assistant was nice to her only when my friend (the mother) demanded to be allowed in the room. The daughter had asked originally for her to be there but was advised that they recommended against my friend being present. The daughter also felt as though the assistant was mad at her throughout the duration of radiographs being taken. I’m not sure if both visits just happened to be off days or they had issues going on, but it seemed odd and infuriated me just listening to her describe the situation. She felt bad for her daughter, and I would too. She’s only 6, but from what I know about this kid she’s smart as all get out and can read a situation like this appropriately.read more

Wouldn't let my husband in the room did not fully remove the tooth hurt my daughter's jaw and when she was crying in... pain during the procedure did not help her but rather told her to calm down. My child didn't cry when she fell and hit her tooth didn't cry 2 years ago when she had to have stiches on her lip with no numbing but was in years crying in pain and they told her to calm down what a garbage place no wonder they don't want the parents back there then they can abuse your children with no witnesses. After their response I feel necessary to add details such as they did not control her pain but ignored it like I said hurting my child not getting her help with pain not getting a parent hurting another tooth on the other side not telling us this all what I would say is harmful to my child who has always loved going to the dentist and wants to be a dentist now she is fearful to go back obviously my child was hurt and traumatized by this and you want to minimize what happened which is inexcusable and horrendous.read more

We had a wonderful experience at my son's first dental appointment. At 15 months, I imagined the appointment would be... a disaster.. but it was so easy! The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, patient, and SO wonderful with our whole family. They explained everything is terms that must have made my son feel at ease, because he obliged to the quick "tooth counting" (cleaning!). We left with a great plan for his oral heath an he left with a new toy and a new Mickey Mouse "brush-brush."read more

We had a wonderful experience today at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking... for high quality care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. We recently moved to Lincoln and previously my kids had been going to the same dentist since they were babies. As soon as we walked in, the kids were excited and happy to see the decor and fun things to keep them busy. Other kids in the lobby seemed happy and at ease. It was great for the kids to see the "sugar closet" which showed them how much sugar is in drinks and sweets in a very easy to understand way. The hygienists were very warm and engaging with the kids and Dr. Libby was amazing! I felt like the kids were well taken care of every step of the way and at the end we sat and discussed their teeth, x-rays, Dr. Libby's assessment and any next steps. No cavities and a great check-up! Thank you Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry!read more

My five-year-old son had an injury that eventually led to an unplanned dental visit and the extraction of his two front... teeth. The staff at Lincoln Pediatric Dentistry were willing and able to work my little guy into their morning schedule so that we could get in first thing on Monday morning. We took x-rays first, and the dentist (Dr. Libby) explained to me why extracting the two affected teeth was the best move. I don't know what kind of amazing child-whisperer mojo goes on in that place, but I do know that my son, the one who flips out for flu shots, somehow got through the whole ordeal without shedding a single tear. There was no panicking, and they kept him distracted enough that he did not even see the needle. He left feeling SO proud of himself and looking forward to his first visit from the tooth fairy. I am beyond grateful to this incredible, caring staff who turned my stress into smiles. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.read more
