I've had others in town and this is the best by far. Service was fast and they could really use more business but... social distancing is easy here. Staff wear a mask the entire time. I had the mary Jane and if you like cilantro you will love it. The tonkotsu was really good as well.read more

I did a curbside pickup got there phone was off the hook so couldn’t call in so I went inside after waiting 5 minutes... the guy came over and said there’s no order here for you so I went outside and pulled the order up on my phone went back in showed the guy he then asked someone else to help me ..she put in another order so I left and came back 25 minutes later and still waited another 25 minutes . I feel like they were rude unhelpful unapologetic for messing up and making me wait another 30 plus minutes.. I will not go back to the downtown location very unsatisfied with their lack of customer serviceread more

My friend recommended me this place and told me to try the spicy Miso. Which it was amazing!! I went back the next... day and had it again. However this time with extra meat. I chose to add pork belly. By default it has sausage already.read more

We went for dinner the other night (usually one of my favorite restaurants, food is always amazing - I've been here and... gotten takeout at least 10 times at Benson & Downtown locations). We went a few nights ago and the staff was extremely busy and the whole atmosphere seemed to have gone downhill. They were blaring explicit rap music (I love rap, but this was on another level especially in a restaurant) and everything seemed dirty. Dinner was good, but again, service was slow and whole vibe was just not good.I recommended a co-worker (boss) there for lunch today and she had a horrible experience. Same atmosphere with music, the server was talking loudly about being in a bar fight the night before, the food was sub-par (cold) and it took forever to get drinks (water with no refill).I will say - the food has ALWAYS been incredible and that is why I usually always recommend it for ramen. However, it seems to be going downhill and I hope it gets to where it was before. We don't plan on going back anytime soon since there are really great ramen places around Omaha now. I'm hoping they get back on track!ALSO - want to point out - I am just hoping this review gets in front of the owners or GM to make things better. I would hate to see this place close or more regular customers not come because of issues that can be fixed!read more

Visited for lunch during the week & was greeted and seated promptly. Ordered pork steamed buns & Tokyo fried chicken... for appetizer & Fuego ramen for main. Appetizers were both amazing. Jinya on 72 and Dodge is a better option (especially if you're getting it delivered). Eating in this place is pretty... good. But I ordered delivery last night and was incredibly disappointed. The pork in the Ramen tasted like it was a couple days old, and the Benson Bomb (which I was most looking forward to) had completely stale pork rinds in it. Buffalo chicken skin is quite special as I’ve never had it before. The skin is fried to crispy and tossed in buffalo... sauce. I personally like extra hot and sour on the sauce. Ramen on the other side is ok. Not bad but not good either. Tonkatsu soup base is missing the creamy taste to it as well as the sweetness of the pork broth.read more
