The food is okay, but every time I’ve been there is problem with getting seated or with the staff being rude.One... time we were told it’d be 30 minutes- only to find out 30 minutes later that they had “forgot” to put our name down, and that it’d be another 15-30 minute wait.Another time we called before to tell we had a large party (knowing they get busy), still waited a long time and then they offered to split our party of 8 because they don’t put tables together. (This was before COVID restrictions)Was told by a manager that they had plenty of “your” people in the kitchen- referring to my Hispanic heritage. Very very tone deaf and alarming.Bar staff is okay and sometimes the wait staff is too but unfortunately the negative times kind of take away from the positive experiences.Only giving 2 stars because the food is hearty and mildly enjoyable.read more

The New Orleans pasta is my favorite thing to get from Cheddars. This meal was perfectly seasoned with not one or the... other overwhelming the meal. It also had the right amount of spice. It comes with green bell peppers, chicken, shrimp and sausage. The sauce is very delicious. All the flavors and items come so well together. Can’t stop with every bite!I wish I had more sausage though. There were only 4 sausage slices in mine and that’s my favorite. Either way the overall meal was delicious.Placed my order over the phone and the lady was nice.Note: I had dug in quite a bit before taking this pic so the portion size as you can tell us enough for two! We ordered online for curbside pickup this evening. We got to the store about 20 minutes before our food was scheduled... to be done. We pulled into the assigned spot for curbside & within 1 minute of parking our server Walter came out to greet us & verify our food order. Walter asked if we need anything else & we did order another item. Walter got our food together and out to us 5 minutes before it was set to be done. I asked Walter if he is a server on the floor & he works in the bar area. I wanted to share with everyone that he took the time to know us as customers and went above & beyond to deliver excellent customer service. We will be using Walter next time we go to Cheddar's for dinner. Thanks for your service Walter!!Rich Millerread more

Lots of "comfort food" i.e. fattening, fried, not healthy items on menu. My lemon-pepper chicken Caesar salad was tasty... but had extra carbs in it in the form of penne pasta. The beer selection is a bit paltry, so I didn't get one. My friends' baked potatoes looked tasty bc they had sour cream and cheddar cheese on them.read more

Walter at the curb side pick up is an amazing gentleman had a great conversation with him while food was finishing up.... He told my husband places to go for 2 out of towners also helped him find his phone when he thought he lost really great guy went above and beyond. The ribs were extremely tender fall off the bone with a fantastic rub chicken tenders crispy and juicy and the coleslaw was perfect.read more

The restaurant was about 0 degrees Fahrenheit. It was drastically cold. It was hard to enjoy dinner while freezing.

Social distancing sucks but the folks at this Cheddar's made it at least somewhat comfortable. Service was great. Food... was fantastic. Definitely recommend for anyone.read more

Still eating so far so good... Waitress is smoking even with a mask and a great accent... Country Kickers America this... is our monthly lunch bunch good choice is Cheddar's one of the former managers used to be a member of our group.read more

I had a great time! Their Santa Fe Spinach Dip is delicious. The Grilled Salmon with the Bourbon sauce was a little too... sweet but was really good nonetheless. The steamed broccoli was to perfection and the baked potato was also very good. They have a wonderful (but small) menu for gluten sensitive. A larger portion of the menu is vegetarian which was great as well. I would definitely go here again for a affordable dinner.read more

It was fantastic. Went around 2pm and had a late lunch. Isaiah was my server and was great. I tried the honey hot... chicken fingers and it was incredible. Perfectly cooked and was nice and tender. Those rolls were so good and could have kept eating but just didn't have room. I'd return again.read more

Luis was our waiter and he was absolutely fantastic! He was funny, attentive but not over doing his job! He brought our... drinks, then food, checked that we were satisfied and left us alone until he came to clear out plates. He even assisted the tables across from us as their waitress never came back to their table once someone else delivered their food! We felt fortunate to have Luis as our waiter and will request him again when we go back! Thank you Cheddars for having great employees like Luis and I hope you all recognize him for being an outstanding employee and a huge asset to your company!read more

After visiting this place a couple of times and having an amazing experience, tonight was a total disaster. I ordered... some onion rings as I just wanted to buy a plate to go. When the onion rings arrived, they had grease all over, it was disgusting. The taste and how they looked. The FIRST TIME they seem like that. My order to go took forever and then no one was available to take my payment. No one took the time to ask how was the food. This night was not a good one to visit Cheddars. Total disaster. A place with a good reputation should not forget to keep everything nice. The knife was dirty as well, did not use it. DISGUSTING!read more

This place is very popular. We got there at 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday and there was probably still a 45-minute wait to... get seated. The service was really good and the interior is very swanky. The food was pretty good, but I felt like everything was a little salty. And I'm a guy who likes to add salt to almost everything. The prices are good though. Worth a try.read more
