We stopped here because of the Nebraska Passport program (2020). This has been my favorite stop by far! The food was... AMAZING. They had a Philly cheesesteak special the day we were there - now I can’t stop craving it! Do yourself a favor and eat at Village Pizza.read more

We stopped at the location in Auburn due to the Nebraska Passport 2020 and Honeybees in the Heartland promotions.... Jesus is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. As he is indicative of the entire staff, we'll make an effort to return when hopefully your dining room is open. The enchiladas suizas were delicious and a great value for the money. With such a large menu, we can try something new on any visit and have another reason to come back. Highly recommend you stop at El Portalread more

Went here a couple months ago, bugged me this whole time so I had to leave a review. This restaurant claims its food is... "authentic Mexican food." This is not authentic, nor is it good. Salsa is like watery ketchup. It's literally not salsa. Tortillas are almost never cooked. (Flour tortillas aren't even generally used in authentic Mexican food, neither is ground beef.) Tables are all dirty, tacos are like school tacos (ground beef, cold mushy beans, and shredded cheddar cheese, only if you request cheese...) I could go on and on. Will never go back.read more

Very good food, we had fish, chicken, steamed veggies. Service was quick and friendly. The environment was colorful and... fun tables had pictures on them.read more

We were very pleased with our visit this evening. Great atmosphere that kinda sets it apart from other Mexican... restaurants. It looks like it may have been an old casino??Anyway, food was very good and so was the service. The non Hispanic guy that was working when we went in was very good and polite.We have officially added it to the list of come backs! Thanks guys!read more
