Ever since the old owner sold his franchise and they tore down the building and build a new one this catastrophe has... gotten worse. The hamburgers do not taste the same and the service went from employees happy and ready to please you to ones that don't understand your order and don't care if they get it wrong. I keep giving it another chance and every time I'm disappointed. My last experience I ordered Smokey BBQ chicken strips and two hamburgers I wait 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru and they bring the regular chicken strips and I forgot my burgers. So I then have to go inside and deal with them for another 10 minutes.read more
