We stopped there today - food was good but the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky!! We asked to have our table... cleaned and never saw anyone cleaning the floors. Would not recommend dining in at all. Very disappointed in the appearance of this establishment.read more

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. I’ve never wrote a Google review but after receiving the WORST customer... service I’ve ever experienced, I had to. One girl there was unbelievably rude in the drive-thru and it was obvious the minute we pulled up. Once we got to the window and we said “thank you” she rolled her eyes (multiple times) I asked what her problem was and she started laughing. At that point I asked for the manager. She kept saying “oh sorry about her” (they were obviously friends) and asked if I wanted free drinks. Free drinks??? If you go anywhere else and an employee managed to act like that they would lose their job on the spot.read more

Very unwelcoming, not greeted just said what do you want. Food was subpar and we’ve been to many Pepperjax locations... across the state with much better quality. Not sure if this location in Grand Island is corporate run or a franchise but their employees need a attitude check at least be friendly. A smile goes a long way!read more

Food was decent, but sanitation needs some work. The girl who made our food might as well just take off her mask... completely because it was down on her chin anyways. The person who ripped open the bread completely shredded it so my sandwich had to be eaten in a completely different manner than a Philly is supposed to. Also a tip for the food preparers... When wearing gloves, once you handle raw meat, change your gloves ... When you touch your face/hair, change your gloves! We also ate here before the dinner crowd (4:45 pm) and there was still food, old napkins, etc on the floor.read more

I wish they had pepperjax in Texas where I live. I started going here in 2015 in Omaha then frequented the one in grand... island until I moved back home, love the kickin chili sauce love the fresh cooked meat I just can't find anything bad about the place! Try it for yourself I'm sure you'll agree!!read more

Not very clean. Needs updates. Staff not friendly, they don't ask the right questions. And they don't listen to the... costumers . Most the people that work there act like they wanna be somewhere else. I love this place or used to but probably won't go back.read more

Order at the grill, which seemed cool. The cook remembered our orders after taking other orders, in a packed line of... people. I got a fat cheese steak hoagie with thick cheese fries. It was a fast food experience that didnt taste like fast food. We will be returning again n againread more

As a parent of a child with a tree nut allergy I want to say kudos to PepperJax Grill for actually having an allergen... menu on site and answering all of my questions. That being said my husband and I enjoyed the Philly sandwich and loaded fries. The food was delicious and prepared fresh right before our eyes. The manager Devon went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests and he did it with genuine sincerity which is rare in today's society. He along with his copilot Kaya made us feel welcome and made our experience enjoyable and pleasant. Although they were quite busy with orders as well as the health inspector being present (they passed with flying colors by the way, accidentally overheard as we were dining) they took the time to assist us with the order process and answer all our questions since it was our first time eating there. I would recommend the Grand Island PepperJax to anyone looking for quality fresh food and outstanding customer service.read more

I stop by to grab a sandwich while I was in town it was the 1st time I've ever been here. The staff was friendly enough... and they did have some begin options on the menu but the flavor was a bit lacking on the veggie philly sandwich... place was clean and I would go back to try another option.read more
