Raising Cane's is home to great chicken along with a delicious secret sauce and good Texas toast. If you're a fan of... chicken strips then I would definitely pick up some Cane's.read more

The chicken is tender but dry. Wish you didn't have to buy extra sauce or substitute a side for sauce because you are... going to need it. The sweet tea is excellent though.read more

I work in the industry of costumer service, and have for many years, so I find it disheartening and frustrating when a... NEW general manager that is trying to cultivate a solid customer base locally refuses to solve a service based problem due to the choice of partnering with a delivery service. I was told several different stories on why they couldn’t correct me paying double on the missing items I had ordered and never received. The orders come into be packaged correctly and sent, but mine was not done correctly and the girl on the phone said she will find my receipt the. Never did, and when I spoke to the gm, he basically said he agrees it’s a service issue but there wasn’t anything he was going to do about it, asked what I would like I gave him several options to correct it that were within his means to do, Bc I understand the situation from a business point of view. And he refused both of my options. Leadership starts at the top, quality of service and value in what and how guests are treated falls on his choices. And he has shown in his actions he has no value in customer service, or care about quality in his partnerships of choice.read more

The drinks always taste a little ‘off’ from this restaurant- maybe the water filter or something in the pipes or... cups? A couple of friends agree too, however it’s never seem to do me any harm but I usually end up only having a few sips of the drink, somewhat disappointing. The place looks clean, food is quick and tastes like Raising Canes!read more

Small building, wheelchair accessible, good fast food. If you like DQ, you'll like this.
