I’m not pleased with this Pizza Hut at all. I called at 5:41 pm, they did not put my order in the computer or have it... ready in the time frame they had given. I then went inside to REORDER what I had already called to order. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PIZZA HUT AT ALL. If I could give no stars I would because they do not deserve any rating from me. I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with the customer service I personally think I shouldn’t have had to pay full price for my order after they did not do their job and have it in the computer or made. After I reordered they said it would be 15-20 minutes and it is now 6:55 pm and it is still not finished. I have a very high feeling corporate should get called.read more

If I could do no stars I would I did a delivery and they completely butchered my order the wings I ordered didn’t... have nothing on them I asked for garlic parmesan and all they did was put the label on it and expect it to pass definitely the last time I’ll eat here seems like the COVID is an excuse not to have good quality foodread more

Our pizzas were delicious. The low rating was for the slowservice and customers needing to initiate service. We... waited over an hour after ordering to get our food. My sons an I joked that they must have rushed our order because we started playing "flick the straw papers". We watched a table of 6 get their food at such varying times that one customer was done eating when the last one got his food. Another table's drink order was messed up, and it too almost 30 minutes and customer going to the counter to get the right drink. (There were 4 tables in the dining room with customers... it was not a full dining room.) Customers waited at the counter for pick-up for over 30 minutes and no one checked on them. I grew up at this pizza hut. Coming back is always a treat. Very well managed, clean, friendly service. Easily 5... stars.read more
