Try the fish basket it's delicious! Fried cauliflower is yummy too. Service is great. I always see the server taking... extra good care of the lil kiddos. ❤read more

Although I normally do not post feedback, I had to say something about my experience at the Good Life. Our waitress... was great and the food was hot and fresh, but the owner is not a nice lady. Everyone in that restaurant gets 5 stars except for the owner lady thus my rating of 2 stars. She was extremely rude and should not be around people let alone run a restaurant. Never experienced a restaurant owner like this before. I'll still go back because it has good food and convenient being next to the lake, but make sure you are prepared for her rude attitude.read more

Not from NE, but as far as hidden gems go this is premo! Best coleslaw I've ever had, and the gentalman running the... kitchen cooks a mean fish! So glad someone in McCook told us to come out here! What a find!read more
