Great food but the service wasn't good. Asked for butter for my potatoes and never got it. Brought us our food and then... ignored. Was sitting there for a little bit before they even came to wait on us. Then was over charged and had to get money back. If you eat here make sure you look at your bill. We even had to go up to the counter to get our bill! Was only impressed with the good food. The fish is great!read more

Horrible service during a pandemic our waitress brought our drinks to us and sat another customer's food on our table.... We had taken our masks off as we were ready to drink then took that customers food to them. After we finished our meal we were looking for our waitress she was sitting in a booth visiting with 2 men and had her mask off. We won't be back with this lack of safety for others.... We thought since the restaurant had been closed for awhile they had set safety measures up.Gave this place another try this morning 10/2/20 waitresses name was Alicia was very on top of a busy dining room by herself while keeping safety in mind when she had a tray of food to deliver she used an empty table to serve off of. Food was excellent as always increased star count up to a 3 from a 1 will continue to moniterread more

The cook and one waitress Roxanne seem to be the only 2 employees working. Roxanne did a great job keeping up but it... was a lot for one person. While the others stood around. One customer waited 10 minutes to pay for his food, and another was so angry waiting 20 minutes to be seated he asked the manager for the store number to report the poor service. He left, never getting seated.read more

They were very backed up. I had ordered online as we were just traveling through. It was suppose to be ready in... 20min, took over an hour. The food was traditional Denny's, potatoes were extremely salty. They did offer a free meal next time but we were just passing through to Indiana. I asked him to offer it to another customer.read more

I placed a online order over a week ago and wanted a refund because they didn’t have what I ordered in stock but... instead of them calling me to inform me of that, I didn’t find out until waiting 20 mins when my food was suppose to be ready. They also couldn’t do a refund in store so I had to call corporate. It’s been over a week and after talking to numerous personnel I still haven’t received my refund. At this point I’ll never eat at Denny’s again because I’ve never dealt with customer service this terrible.read more

I went in expecting to get a good meal at Denny's my sandwich is so small it won't even fill me up and I weigh less... than 100 pounds. they didn't bother to tell me that half of the ingredients for my sandwich we're not going to be on my sandwich completely unsatisfying experience I will never return to this Denny..read more

The cook is rude & not worthy to be a cook. We had scrambled eggs & they were so hard & dry, not good. Our waitress,... Roxanne E., was wonderful. She let the cook know that we weren't pleased, due to being hard & dried out. The cook yelled, "Do they want to cook them themselves"? She kept yelling about the eggs & made it very clear she wasn't going to make anymore. She yelled so loudly everyone in the restaurant could hear her. Our waitress ended up cooking them & they were perfect. Thank you to Roxanne, she went above & beyond her duties to take care of her customers.read more

The cook OG made our food correctly and within 20 minutes. He made sure to pick up small details and make sure our food... was good. The servers gave great guest service. It makes me want to go back in tomarrow night.read more

We always go late at night due to our schedule. Most of the time is really fast and the waitresses are nice. I've only... really had 1 bad experience there thus the lack of a star. Last time we went though, the cook was super nice and gave extra meatballs on our unlimited spaghetti because he knew we liked them. It's nothing fancy, but it's a good place to go to fill your belly.read more

In reading some previous reviews, I will give you my take. I think people who complain about something such as a steak,... need to realize one important fact. This is not a "steakhouse", this is a "sports bar". We have plenty of choices around town for that. With my first visits here being Friday and Saturday, I was quite impressed with the waitstaff. They all appeared to be focused, and motivated to help each other out as well as taking care of their guests. On Friday my first visit, Sara was awesome. At no point did I feel unwelcome by not being a regular. That will now change going forward. Saturday was also a good experience. Olivia was on point and very friendly as well. Thank you all. I will be back! You are all essential. Everyone is essential.read more
