Had an amazing experience. The beer is excellent and food was delicious! The servers were polite and very helpful. We... received our food and beverage pretty quickly. The tap room was very clean and staff was constantly cleaning. We also meet one of the owners. They say come as a strange and leave as a Pal. Well we definitely felt this way. I came in here last weekend and was shocked! There is no social distancing nor does the staff wear a mask or take any... precautions to keep their customers safe. I did read in another comment that if we want to socially distance we are supposed to sit outside. When the temps are over 97 that is not going to happen. I also saw a motorhome parked outside, which tells me this establishment caters to people that are traveling. This is so unsafe. I did not feel safe here and did not stick around. This is a covid hot-spot waiting to happen!read more

The Supremo pizza was good, as well as the beer. However, Pals is making zero attempt to socially distance their... customers seated inside, and not one single staff member was wearing a mask. The picnic tables outside had plenty of space between them. But the tables inside were packed with customers and were far less than 6 feet away from one another. While most restaurants and taking the necessary precautions and making efforts to allow their customers to dine safely, it's unfortunate that Pals has chosen to disregard these heavily recommended practices.read more

Tap Room Manager was also great to talk with and gave recommendations on some other beers to try based on what we were drinking. Pal's Brewing Company is an awesome place. The food, the service, the atmosphere and the beers are excellent. I am an... army Veteran, currently serving in the reserve and work for the government...and with the amount of traveling I do I never have found a place like this one. Unfortunately I am PCSing to another state. However, I can say that this place will be one of the places I will be missing from North Platte NE. We were driving through Nebraska and decided to stop here with the kids based on reviews. The place lived up to... expectations and more! Nice open area for kids to get out and play, wonderful picnic area outside on patio. Beer was great and pizza was fantastic. Also check out chicken nachos and ribs. All very good. We will definitely be back and it was such a relaxing stop off before we hopped back into car! Thanks again Pals!read more

This place has great potential, good concept, nice property, pet friendly and kid friendly. Unfortunately it does not... live up to its potential. The wait staff, while they seem nice, are not customer focused. The any server works any table concept is a big fail as no one takes responsibility for any table. We were sitting outside. The server was quick to take our order and when we asked her to clean our very sticky table, she did so promptly. It was obvious it wasn’t cleaned off earlier. After we got our food, we never saw a server again. We would have liked additional beverages, but no such luck. We eventually went inside and tracked down someone so we could pay our bill. We really enjoyed the brewery. We were looking for a local place to stop for lunch the was not fast food. The pizza was... awesome. Really appreciated that they had cauliflower crust. The cheese curds were also amazing. I didn't try the beer since we were traveling, but the had some good options. One of the coolest features of the brewery was the urinal that was made from a keg. Thank you for the great service. If you have a little time to stop and get something to eat I would suggest going to Pals!read more
