Had my first Runza sandwich today and I loved it. The staff was very nice and the food made for a nice change of pace... from the standard fast food chains. If you are in Nebraska and need a quick bite to eat, I would recommend a Runza restaurant and the sandwich that goes by the same name.read more

We love valentine runza but the last two times have been a disappointing experience. Fries have been very soggy. We... always love the seasoning salt and they can’t seem to do it even when we politely request several times. The employees haven’t been as friendly and we always loved interacting but recently feel there has been a change of both service and product. We love to support valentine runza and will continue to but hope this constructive feedback can help managers know the customer experience! - updated to 5 stars after owner response! The food is always delicious when I come here, however they can be slow even with multiple people in the kitchen.... Sometimes what I order isn't provided, which is usually just my sauces, but a few times has been the actual meal items, such as when I order a side salad. Overall, they are good about giving you your drink straight away and the food is always hot. The customer service is nice, as well.read more

Sometimes you can catch the buffet but you always get good menu food and service. The serving size usually allows for... two meals: one that day and one leftover.read more

Runzas are delicious, and I can't get them in Missouri. Their burgers and onion rings are awesome as well.

Being from Texas I had never heard of Runza. We stopped in on our way through town and it was delicious. I had their... classic Runza combo and it was fantastic. The girl at the counter was polite and friendly and the store was very clean. Wish we had Runza in my town!read more

Friendly service, really hot and fresh Runza. Took 30 miles for it to cool enough to eat.
